Digital PDF purchases

Seasonal Qi products are downloadable digital PDFs. No physical product is shipped.

Because digital access begins after payment confirmation, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, no longer needing the product, or expecting something different when the product was accurately described and accessible.

When a refund or resolution may be available

We may provide a refund, replacement access, or another reasonable resolution if there is a duplicate charge, payment processed incorrectly, the wrong product was delivered, the file is corrupted and cannot be replaced, the customer never receives or can access purchased files and support cannot restore access, or the product is materially different from the advertised description.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

EU and UK digital content note

If EU, UK, or similar consumer withdrawal rules apply, you may be asked to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, where lawful, you may lose your withdrawal right once digital delivery begins.

How to request help

Contact [email protected] with your purchase email, order or Stripe session reference if available, product purchased, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Eligible refunds should be processed through Stripe so payment records remain consistent. You may contact Seasonal Qi first for duplicate charges, access issues, wrong delivery, or refund eligibility questions; this does not remove any rights you may have to contact your payment provider.
