Terms for Seasonal Qi educational content, digital products, checkout, and downloads.
Digital product nature
Seasonal Qi products are digital PDF food wisdom guides. No physical item is shipped.
Spring Renewal, Summer Balance, Autumn Nourishment, and Winter Restoration are sold as individual digital files. The Complete Seasonal Collection includes four independent digital files.
Access is delivered after Stripe checkout is confirmed. The success page and transactional email provide secure download links.
Price and payment
Individual seasonal guides are priced at $19.90 USD. The Complete Seasonal Collection is priced at $59.90 USD, compared with $79.60 USD if purchased separately.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Seasonal Qi does not store full card numbers or CVC details.
If a payment fails, appears duplicated, or seems unauthorized, contact Seasonal Qi first so we can review the order record. Bank or card-provider timing may affect when any payment adjustment appears.
Delivery and access
Paid download links are intended to remain available for 7 days and may be used up to 3 times per file. The PDF file itself does not expire after you download it.
The Complete Seasonal Collection provides access to four separate guide files, each with its own protected download access.
If you cannot access a purchased file, contact Seasonal Qi with your purchase email, order or Stripe session reference if available, the product purchased, and a short explanation of the issue.
Personal license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the guide digitally and print pages for your own personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download credentials, commercially copy substantial portions, repackage, or present Seasonal Qi digital products as your own.
Traditional food wisdom and historical ideas may be widely shared cultural knowledge. Seasonal Qi does not claim ownership over that tradition. Seasonal Qi does protect its original writing, design, layout, images, curation, and product presentation.
Digital content consent
By starting checkout for a paid guide, you confirm that you are purchasing digital content and request access after payment confirmation.
Where applicable law permits, you may lose a statutory right to withdraw once immediate digital delivery begins after your consent.
Educational use only
Seasonal Qi content is general educational wellness and cooking content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personalized healthcare, or nutrition therapy for disease.
Ingredients, teas, and recipes are not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a chronic condition, have allergies, or have persistent symptoms, consult a qualified professional.
Third-party services
Stripe may process payments. Kit may manage subscriptions or purchaser tags. Resend may send transactional purchase emails. Cloudflare may host the site and process basic request data.
